I cannot access my web site. What should I do?
If you cannot access your web site suddenly, there can be some reasons. Please go thru these steps to verify the issue:

1. Your domain name has expired

Go to http://www.checkdomain.com to verify. If your domain has expired, you must renew your domain at your registrar.

2. Your IP address has been blocked by our server firewall

Please go to http://www.network-tools.com and run a ping or traceroute test to your domain name there. If it's showing up fine, then it is likely that your IP address has been blocked by our server firewall. Please submit a support ticket and let us know your domain name and your machine IP address - get it from http://www.whatismyip.com

Our server firewall employs several security methods to make sure the server and your hosting account are secure. It automatically blocks the user IP address if it detects multiple invalid login attempts to cPanel, FTP or mails.

3. The server or network is down

Please go to http://www.network-tools.com and run a ping or traceroute test to your domain name there, if it's showing timeout or error, please submit a support ticket.
