When submitting an support ticket; what is the average time before getting an reply?
We believe in great customer service and to have great customer service we look at our customers and clients as people and not as numbers or an group of what can do this and that. We believe in responding to every ticket and issue in a timely manner and with the proper response and answer. A ticket/issue will be replied to and responded back within an hour of submitting said ticket/issue.

This is our One Hour response guarantee that we offer which is the the time it takes to reply back to the initial ticket/help desk issue. To resolve the problem or issue could be longer and take more time as this is not part of the Guarantee and could require additional time or knowledge to properly take care of issue.
